VIntercept provides AI-native cybersecurity products and services, including threat detection, incident response, and security operations solutions. Our products are designed for on-premises deployment within enterprise environments.

Service availability, features, and specifications may vary based on your subscription tier and licensing agreement. VIntercept may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Licensing

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, VIntercept grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products and services as specified in your licensing agreement. All intellectual property rights in VIntercept products remain with VIntercept.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any VIntercept product, except where permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use VIntercept products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not use our services to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or compromises the security of any system or network.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIntercept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.

VIntercept's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VIntercept is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
