1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the products, services, or websites provided by VIntercept, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the USA, including but not limited to www.vintercept.ai and www.solomonsoc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement governs your use of the Solomon Platform, Solomon SOC, Solomon SDKs, and Solomon Client (collectively, the "Products"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Products.
VIntercept, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our Products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Description
VIntercept, Inc. provides advanced cybersecurity products and services, including the Solomon Platform, Solomon SOC, Solomon SDKs, and Solomon Client.
Service availability, features, and specifications may vary based on your subscription tier and licensing agreement. VIntercept, Inc. may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Licensing and Usage Rights
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, VIntercept, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products as specified in your licensing agreement. All intellectual property rights in the Solomon Platform, Solomon SOC, Solomon SDKs, and Solomon Client remain exclusively with VIntercept, Inc.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any VIntercept, Inc. product, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not use our Products to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws in the USA or your local jurisdiction, infringes on the rights of others, or compromises the security of any system or network.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account on the Solomon Platform and associated systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIntercept, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Products, including the Solomon Platform and Solomon SOC.
VIntercept, Inc.'s total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located within the USA.
